About Instant Design

 Instant Design is a local architecture design studio based on the beautiful Sunshine Coast, Queensland. From concept design to construction documentation, we specialize in residential, retail, and hospitality architecture, including plans for new homes, townhouses, house extensions, and commercial fit-out projects. 

Focusing on sustainable and innovative solutions, we also assist with plans for you house renovation, from small bathrooms refurbishments to facade uplifts, aiming to make the most out of your existing space. Besides crafting detailed plans for custom kitchens, walk-in robes, and other bespoke cabinetry solutions, we offer personal assistance to select finishes and materials and colour consultation.

Passionate about eco-friendly design and architecture, Brazilian-born architect Beatriz Marchiori is the face behind Instant Design. With over 20 years of experience as an architect and urban designer, she holds a PhD in Landscape and Environmental Analysis and a profound knowledge of sustainability and passive house design principles. 

Displaying an extensive portfolio of architectural projects in Brazil, where she also worked as a town planner, Beatriz moved to Australia in 2018. After collaborating for a while with local designers, she managed to establish her own practice in 2021. Since then, Instant Design has built a solid reputation in the market, having worked along with dozens of property owners to bring their dream spaces to life.
