 Instant Design is a local architecture and interior design studio based on the beautiful Sunshine Coast, Queensland. From concept design to construction documentation, we specialize in designing residential, retail, and hospitality architecture. 

Focusing on sustainable and innovative solutions, our portfolio includes plans for new homes, townhouses, house extensions, and commercial fit-out projects. We also assist with plans for your house renovation, from small bathroom refurbishments to facade uplifts, aiming to make the most out of your existing space. 

Besides crafting detailed plans for custom kitchens, walk-in robes, and other bespoke cabinetry solutions, we also offer personal assistance to select finishes and materials for your new home, including color consulting and furniture selection. 

Passionate about eco-friendly design and architecture, Brazilian-born architect Beatriz Marchiori is the face behind Instant Design. With over 20 years of experience as an architect and urban designer, she holds a PhD in Landscape and Environmental Analysis and a profound knowledge of sustainability and passive house design principles. 

Displaying an extensive portfolio of architectural projects in Brazil, Beatriz moved to Australia in 2018. After collaborating for a while with local designers, she established her own practice in 2021. Since then, she has built a solid reputation in the market, having worked along with dozens of property owners to bring their dream spaces to life.
